Sullivan Development Company launched in December 2021 with a focus on combining Charlie Sullivan’s 15 years of experience as a custom homebuilder (Sullivan Homes) with his 7-year tenure as a senior vice president / director of construction and development for a large multi-family development and asset management company (CIP Communities).
Throughout his experienced career he oversaw purchase agreements and entitlements, as well as the design and construction of over 1,200 multi-family units across the Midwest.
Charlie has also built 300 homes and developed some of Omaha’s most successful neighborhoods including Huntington Park Phase 4 & 5, The Residences on the Green at Pacific Springs, Pacific Pines and Charleston Woods.
